"Shoes arrived in one piece, shocking I know"
The shoes showed up in good shape, which is always a pleasant surprise these days. Quality was actually good too, so no dramatic complaints from me.

"Something felt off with these shoes"
I’m not saying for sure they weren’t legit, but the box looked a little weird and the stitching didn’t seem quite right to me. Just didn’t give me a good feeling, so I probably won’t order from here again.

I returned my pair and got the refund back fast. Support kept it simple, no hassle or drama. the whole thing went smoother than I expected :)

"I reached out to customer service and ended..."
I reached out to customer service and ended up waiting a couple of days before hearing anything back. They did eventually answer my question, which I appreciated, but the silence in between made me feel kind of ignored. I just wish they were a little quicker or at least sent an update so I knew someone was looking into it.

"Shipping took a bit longer than I thought"
The shipping was kind of slow, at least compared to what I was expecting. I kept checking the tracking because I thought it would show up sooner, but it ended up taking a few extra days. Nothing was lost or damaged, though, and it did eventually arrive, so it wasn’t a huge problem. Just something to keep in mind if you’re ordering and need it by a certain date.

"Feels a bit overpriced"
I don’t know, the shoes just feel too expensive for what they are. There’s something about it that makes the price hard to justify.
